The accommodation is in a residential street and is not distinctive from other surrounding properties. Management at the home take a positive role in the local community and work to foster good relations with neighbours and the local community, this includes attending neighbourhood ward panel meetings and any other appropriate local meetings or events. The accommodation provides a service for one young person and accommodates males and females. Young people will have a bespoke independence pathway to help them prepare for leaving care.
The accommodation comprises of a three bedroom, end terraced house renovated to a high standard.
The child will have their own bedroom, there are also two designated staff bedrooms.
Children are not required to share bedrooms and on admission are provided with their own room key and lockable cupboard key subject to conditions. Children are encouraged to personalise their own rooms and participate in choosing appropriate small bedroom items for their rooms such as posters, ornaments, lamps, and pictures.
A separate upstairs bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower facilities are provided.
Young people have access to communal rooms including kitchen, dining area and lounge.
The garden area is maintained.

The service provides support for young people 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All young people have access to typical living facilities including washing and bathing facilities, a kitchen area, laundry area, a lounge, a room for private meetings with family, social worker or keyworker if required. In addition, young people have access to computers for education & employment purposes. Young people will have a bespoke independence pathway to help them prepare for leaving care.
